Abstract

|
Holstein cows being raised in the Kangweon district were examined on the values of blood chemistry in infertile cows. The results obtained were as follows; 1. Total serum protein was 7.52pm0.45g/100ml 2. Serum albumin was 3.06pm0.28g/100ml 3. In values of serum globulin, alpha1-globulin, alpha2- globulin, beta-globulin and {gamma}-globulin were 0.79pm0.14, 0.60pm0.10, 0.86pm0.13 and 2.21pm0.35ng/100ml, respectively. 4. A/G ration was 0.69pm0.09 5. Total cholesterol in serum was 119.73pm34.52mg/100ml 6. Blood glucose was 55.24pm6.46mg/100ml 7. Serum calcium was 9.27pm0.87mg/100ml 8. Serum inorganic phosphorus was 5.74pm0.86mg/100ml 9. Serum glutamic oxalacetic transaminase was 47.90pm11.02Imu/l 10. Serum glutamic pyruvic transaminase was 14.20pm3.02Imu/l
